0,10 mm produced in our bussines all mono and stranded wires up to 16 mm² cross-section between 2,90 mm wire is sold in a tinned plated.
Production
Single wires or multiwires which are produced in relative machines are used as inlet material for bunchers.
These wires are produced on bunchers, accoridng to needs of the customers as, standard bunch, smooth bunch, concentric or semiconcentric unilay, bunch stranded types which have different pitches. And the sectiones are beginning from 0,20 mm² up to 16 mm². And the packaging sizes are 630 mm reels or 800 mm reels.
Multiwires are manufactured, as bare wiresor electrotinned wires on our Niehoff MMH101 machines between 0,127 mm up to 0,40 mm diameters. Their packing sizes are 630 mm reels. These products may be delivered also as multiwires.
Single wires are dispatched as annealed or hard wires, and their diameters are beginning from 0,10 mm, up to 2,50 mm, and their packing sizes are from 250 mm plastic reels, than 560 mm, or 630 mm plastic reels and 630 mm wooden reels, than 630 mm and 800 mm Steel Reels. On the other hand the wires from 1,30 mm – 2,90 mm may be dispatched in paper drums.
All these copper wires upon request may be electrotinned.
Copper Rod, is being used as bare copper, isolated copper for the production of conductors and cables and other fields.
